Cancellation policy (Flexible Rate**):
1. You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date*.
2. If canceled within 7 days before the arrival date* or if you do not show up (no-show), 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

Cancellation policy for small groups. From 5 to 10 rooms. (Flexible rate**):
1. You can cancel completely free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date*.
2. You can cancel almost free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date*. We will only charge a one-time administration fee of €50.
3. If canceled within 14 days before the arrival date* or if you do not show up (no-show), 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

Cancellation policy for large groups. Of 10 or more rooms. (Flexible rate**):
1. You can cancel almost free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date*. We will only charge a one-time administration fee of €50.
2. Up to 14 days before the arrival date*, 25% of the reservation costs will be charged.
3. If canceled within 14 days before the arrival date* or if you do not show up (no-show), 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

Cancellation policy (Non-Refundable***):
1. Your reservation has been booked under the Non-Refundable rate. You can no longer cancel your reservation free of charge.

Cancellation conditions for Packages:
1. All packages & special offers that are not indicated with “Flex Rate” or “Flexible Rate” automatically fall under the “Non-Refundable” rate.
